By far the best overall experience buying a car (a used one at that) for a long time. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with! Pricing on their used vehicle and their trade in offer is very competitive making a great deal for both parties. Dylan is very easy going and a pleasure talking with. Thank you to Jeremy, Jesse and Bo for the excellent customer service I received! I recently leased a new INFINITI. From the first email sent inquiring about my trade in to me driving away in my new car, I could not of asked for a more professional experience. Everyone I encountered that day was nothing but friendly, helpful and professional. From Jesse and Bo walking me through the trade in and choosing the perfect car to Jeremy helping me on the financial end and answering all my questions. The honesty I experienced with this group of guys was so appreciated.

Good group of guys over in the service department. Rich was able to help get me some useful information over the phone. Cory the technician was knowledgeable and his analysis lined up exactly which what I had predicted was wrong with my vehicle based on my own online research. Jack was great, quick, and easy to work with for the logistics as they all worked on getting me back on the road again safely. I’d make the extra hour drive up here again if any other issues arise without hesitation.

My experience with Mr. Nick Valentine, Jeremey and the GM was good. It was a straight forward day, I knew what I wanted when I came in, the cherry on top was Jermey was able to get me a better interest rate than my credit union. Overall service was good, however, dropped the car off at 9:45 a.m. for oil change, tire rotation and a/c musty smell at times. Told them we would could be back around 1:00 to pick car up. They said they would call when ready or if there was a problem. Did not hear anything. Went back around 2:45p.m. and was told that they were running behind. Car was not done until 3:15. Everyone was very helpful and courteous, but communication about the delay would have been appreciated as we had a 3:00 appointment that we now were late for at another location.

My recent purchase was a very positive experience. Nick Valentine was on top of things from start to finish. He anticipated and answered all my questions, alleviating any apprehensions that I may have had, as this dealership is a significant distance from my home. Nick, Dustin and Anthony really care about their customers displaying honesty and attention to what the customer really wants.

Very polite and friendly. Waited almost 3 hours for a diagnostic on 2 components (not mad about that) but to charge almost 400 dollars for no work done to my car is a little insane to me. Not a bad experience however.

Outstanding as Usual!!!!

Brought the car in for an oil, change tire rotation, and check out a noise in the front end. I was out of there in 45 minutes with a part ordered for cause of the noise. Waiting room was very nice coffee water TV very comfortable very clean very efficient and everybody very friendly.

Fast easy understanding and felt like family.

I had an engine noise and took to the service department. They figured out it was an air filter not properly installed during my last oil change at a different place. Didn’t charge me for any parts etc just fixed the problem! I am only taking my INFINITI here for oil changes moving forward!

The service was great. I was able to drop my car off early and pick it back up later with no issues.

Transmission started doing weird stuff had the dealership pick up my qx80 to see what was wrong. They determined I needed a new transmission and the price was going to be about 11 grand. (There was some other routine maint that was being done that was included in that price) I asked if they could do anything to help with that since my car was only 2 years old but does have 90k miles

We had serious tire blowout 1 hour into our vacation and had to have our QX 60 towed to the Akron dealership to be fixed while on vacation. Fortunately, we had a second vehicle and continued on our trip. The Service department took care of everything and communicated well with us. Our car was waiting when we returned and they even fixed something unrelated to our incident.

Routine service on my 2022 INFINITI QX60 Autograph. Some places it’s not so “routine”. At INFINITI of Akron it was very routine. A self adjusting headlamp recall/update, oil change, tire rotation and checking on a slow leak. All was done within 2 hours & the service staff couldn’t have bent more friendly, polite and respectful. Well done INFINITI of Akron!


I had done an Internet search for a specific used vehicle. Infinity of Akron had one that was within my criteria. I met with Jesse Mlotkowski and Jacob Repp. I got a trade in allowance well within my ideal range. No pressure on their part and they just made my decision to purchase very easy . I had to reach out to two other dealerships and let them know that I was no longer looking. Infinity of Akron should be pleased with these courteous and professional members of their team. I am pleased to have been working with them.

I waited for a few fluids to be changed and told about 1.5 hrs. 4.5 hrs later it was finally done. Not the best experience .

Didn’t purchase my vehicle from here but my tire deflated while in Akron. Hunter in the service department was nothing short of amazing! They were able to swap my tire out and help me get back home! Environment was very friendly.

Had a scheduled Oil Change and Tire Rotation at 9am. It took almost 90 minutes- 1hour and 20 minutes to be exact. The last 3 times we've been here for service EVERYONE is different. The ONLY familiar face is the receptionist. I don't know what is happening at this dealership but the customer service and leadership are severly lacking. I also didn't get my car washed like the check-in guy, Hunter said I would. 😒 I can only hope that the service gets better.
